Hi,
We are flying on Sunday 6th July - Amsterdam-Bangkok with China Airlines en route to Koh Samui. Has anyone used this airline and are they any good
Cheers
Nala,
I flew with them a number of years ago and service wise they were fine - Far Eastern standards which are very good by the way. They are actually a Taiwanese airline. When we landed most passengers give a round of applause and the staff bowed.
I've used them before for BKK - AMS. Not in the same league as Singapore, Malaysia, Cathay etc but they get you from A to B without crashing and are petty much the cheapest option. (At least for anyone living in Thailand who wants to get to Amsterdam ) So no complaints.

Actually their safety record is not the best, but seems OK on the routes out of Europe.
