Do you intend taking a package holiday, as I know most/all companies don't start flying to Greece until the beginning of May?

the Greek holiday season runs from the beginning of may to the end of october, out side thease dates [with an odd exception] you will only be able to fly via Athens usualy from heathrow or gatwick, many of thease flights will NOT be direct and can take up to 14 hrs with hanging around for connecting flights, you would then have to take internal flights or use other means to reach your destination..

Thanks for that info, think I will have to plan for a later holiday. Will probably go diy self caering and would welcome any reccomendations.
