mark,yes thats the culprit.whoever wrote that overview should win the booker prize,and david bailey obviously took the photos,who said the camera never lies.got dumped in here after HOTELS4U messed up our booking.as soon as we walked in i knew we were in for a rough ride,reception and restaurant area old,grubby and dilapidated.shown to room it was filthy.dont worry we were told,we have better room.2nd and 3rd room no better,took 3rd room as it was now 9am and we hadnt slept since previous day.bathroom flooded,water dripping from ceiling and from hairdryer(hotel handyman said no problem look it still works and turned it on fusebox tripped out 6 times after that)thick black mould growing in shower,showerhead holder broken.bed sheets and towels grubby,slept on top of bed that night.furniture broken,carpets covered in cigarette burns,and walls.pool area dirty,yesterdays food left on tables.restaurant area unlit,could not see what you were eating.all inclusive what a joke.went to bar and asked for a brandy and a baileys,told we have not got them,the bottles you see are full of water and only for display(their words).i could go on and on,suffice to say we were out of there like a shot,please,if you are booked in this hotel get out now,dont wait book any where but here. regards cabman
