i tried the spray did'nt do any good for hubby even tried the wrist thing that gave a shock when he started to snore but he just snored through the shocks he never felt a thing .will now try the strips or the balcony probably better idea.
here's hoping something works :
this post reminds me of when my sister went camping a few years ago, her partner snored so loud, that when he woke at 9am and went out of the tent, he was amazed to see that everybody had taken down there tents and were putting them up on the other side of the field!
I've been sleep deprived for the last year, so has my husband, because more often than not, he has to move out to the spare room, as I can't put up with it any longer. He's been to the Gp, and tried all the nasal sprays going, to no avail!!!!!!!!!!. However last week, I had a terrible cold, and bought some vicks vapour rub. I put some around my hubby's nostrils too, as a last resort, and wouldn't you know, I slept right through, something that never happens. I've put it on him for last 5 nights, and we've slept in the same bed every night (awesome)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh my god Vics vapour rub is being added to my hol list, gosh hope it works for my snoring boyfriend, 10 days to go...thanks for tip
