The top floor is all the self catering one bedroom apartments but if you have a studio they are on the second floor and they are fine.

Pointless exercise fella, the TO will probably tell you that they cant reserve specific rooms which is what we were told in 2006 and also this year.
Try emailing the hotel direct on seaview@sirenishotels.com and tell them your concerns and they should mail you back and confirm a higher room is availbale for you.
If you mail them now however they might not have a clue about your booking, so try now and send a follow up mail a couple of weeks before you go.

Phoned my travel agent anyway mate and they've changed my request from "low floor" to "mid floor".... Hopefully that will be enough to get a higher room on arrival 
If not, I'll request politely upon arrival for a change and then argue like mad until I get my own way (us Scots are good at arguing )

Is there an ATM near to the Seaview Country Club. And what price for a safe for a fortnight?
If memory serves the nearest ATM is a 20 min walk into the bay area, i may be wrong though.
The safes were 14 euros per week when we were last year.

There is an ATM Machine in the Hotel Reception.

We have been 6 times to Seaview and there has always been an ATM in the reception area, it was by the doors that lead out to the pool(opposite the postcard stand). We havent been for 2 years so they may have taken it out but I would be surprised if they had.
We were hoping to go again in bank holiday week but broken car used up the funds!!

We are heading off on the 5th Sept from Dublin and with this weather I cannot wait! Delighted with the reviews on the Seaview and hope the weather will be good. DS is 2.5 and we have been away without him in June so now its all about him and playing all day and night!

Hi we stayed at this hotel way back in 2003 and it was fantastic, couldn't fault the place, we are thinking of booking for next june, it's the best hotel we have stayed in so far

i am wondering if anyone can tell me if the water taxis will be still running from the 29th aug to the 5th sep.
what is the last one you can get from san an back to hotel?
is there any places you can recommend for a decent fry up in san an or torrent?
can you recommend a chinese restaraunt?
what are the prices like in the bars for drinks?
if you were to go out for the night in san an whats the best way to get back to the hotel.

Arrived back Friday lunchtime. First time at the Seaview,it won't be my last.

Glad you had a good time!!! We fly on Friday and will be our 2nd visit.....5 sleeps and counting 
just booked for our 6th visit for next May, Sooooo excited. We love this place and have been going since the kids were 5yrs & 18 months, they're now 17yrs & 13yrs and its still perfect for all of us!
It feels like going home......
