OMG.....i had a fabulous first time to Bulgaria. Single mum with an 8 year old little girl......stayed at The Majestic Hotel situated right inbetween Victoria Palace and Hotel Fiesta Beach. Quiet part of sunny beach but within 2 mins walking distance of the shops. Right on the beach and The Majestic probably had one of the better pool areas than most of the hotels around it. No problems with muggings, felt totally safe. Beggars on the street with young children and puppies but just ignore them. Guys with snakes etc trying to get you to pose with them but a firm NO always worked. Plenty of places to eat....drink.....shop.......trampolines etc for the kids.

Could go on forever but if anyone who is travelling to sunny beach soon wants any advice or info, just ask.
