we've stayed at the kocer 4 times and you are in such a good place for choice with regard to restaurants and bars

you are literally only 5 minutes walk away to the beach and there are loads of places on the way there

not been this year yet (going out on friday!!!!) so not sure what the prices are like this year but then again it really depends what you are looking for

on the beach are fantastic steak restaurants like natalies etc which you could pay up to £20 for the 3 of you, or on the way to beach is a take away place called tasty bites which you can get a jacket potato or burger or kebab and you can pay around £10 for the 3 of you. There are loads of restaurants which give you the choice of chinese, mexican or italian at set prices - barter and you can get kids for free (well we did last year as we have an 11 year old too)

you are next door to the taj mahal indian which is expensive compared to the rest of the restaurants around but fantastic food

directly over the road from the kocer is the aussie bar - garry and his gang will really look after you! we love it there xx again from memory efes was about 3.5 lira a bottle, spirits were around 6 or 7??? cocktails obviously more,

honestly you are in such a good spot! if you want to walk a bit further back about 15-20 mins walk then you are in armutulan and its cheaper there still!

personally we love the place, i have read really bad reviews too but i think (and this is my personal opinion!!) that far too many people go with way too high expectations, after all you are going on holiday and you only need a bed and a shower! if you want 5 star accomodation then you need to book it! the kocer suits everybody's requirements perfectly and in a perfect location

you will have a ball, guaranteed xxx

unfortunately we couldn't get into the kocer this year but have booked for next year and can't wait!

enjoy

if you need anything else please pm me

playstations are in most bars yeah

like vonny says, the kids never get bored! there's that many around they all get together and keep each other company which is great! i know its hard just having one and having to keep them entertained but never worried about that when there - we hardly see her!!
