Try booking independently. Use a flight website as then you can specify when you want the outward and return flights (we've recently booked 4 week ones with both Aegean Flights and Thomsonfly). Sites such as Travel Republic or Somewhere2stay.com are good for hotel bookings. Just ask if you need more help.

Thanks, il check those websites :) i keep finding that the max amount of nights you can stay for is 28-30, do you know whether its best to book the hotel rooms directly with the hotel? thanks alot :) x

You can get a quote from the hotel but you can also contact the website and ask for more nights. We wanted to book with Sunshine for 29 nights and they only had 28 on the website - I contacted them by e:mail and within 10 minutes a very nice young man rang me and said that they had updated the site and I could now book what I wanted! It pays to ask!

You will probably have to phone up to book a flight of longer than 4 weeks but I'm sure you must be able to do it. When I was living in Turkey I would always book a one way from England and then book a one way flight back form Turkey so that culd be an option if you can't book a return.

You would probably do best to book accomodation direct too, just phone up the hotel/apartment and book it that way.

Lucky you - I'm jealous ;)

We have been the last few years for a month to Turkey, had no problem at all, just booked flights with Aegean first then looked around for a place to stay.
Try Travel Republic, we got our flights there this year for April.

Yes, most airlines will book for 28 days but it is difficult to find anywhere that will book ofr 6 weeks online.

elle.x, have a look at Agean. Not sure where you are wanting to fly from but you can book with them for as many days as you want. Just did a quick check from Teeside.

Outbound Wed 15th July £129:00

Inbound Tues 25th Aug £108:00

Atol Protection £1:00

Total £238:00

All you need to do is find some cheap accomodation and you are sorted :tup A word of warning though, those prices will rise quickly so when you find a date to go don't leave it too long.

Hope this helps a bit.

lowcostbeds.com is a good place to find accommodation. For our holiday in September it was cheaper to book through them, than it was to go direct to the hotel. Crazy!
