Postings on Trip Advisor are very mixed. My cousin stayed there a few years ago on her way to Perth and was quite impressed but it could have changed in the meantime. It's in a great location though, at the end of Orchard Road, walk straight out of the hotel and you have loads of shops and cafes on your doorstep.
