there is a forum on villas/apt's to rent and there is some for turkey you might try there.

I have booked mine for Turkey this year from holidayrentals. Have booked through them twice before and had no issues.
Owners Direct is a large site. Where are you looking to book, my mate has a large (sleeps 17!) villa in Ovacik?
We booked private apt through Holiday lettings it was lovely. We stayed in Altinkum.
