Hi Folks,
I hope that someone can help. We have just booked our first family holiday and are staying at the the Tayalot apartments in (technically classed as) Cala n Forcat in September. We are in self-catering and having checked the forums the smart advice is to head to a supermarket on the main road out of the resort rather than the local ones where the prices are hiked.
We are looking to hire a car but can't afford to have one the whole holiday and think that giving us all a few days just to settle in before exploring other places means that we won't have a car until then. In which case what are our realistic options to get to any supermarket. I'm thinking that a taxi may be the best option as getting the bus with a load of shopping doesn't seem realistic....but is the taxi price so high that there's no point????
I'm getting a bit stressed to be honest about trying to make this holiday special for the kids and want to ease the head strain by sorting what I can before we go.
If anyone has any thouughts i'd really appreciate it.
Cheers
Tom
