Glad we had the inverter installed before we came back to UK. The only thing that bothers me is the wind and rain outside when I am in the plane on the way from Sri Lanka - frightens me to death.

The heavy rains and stonrg winds are still battering Goa, many of the large signboards following the NH17 have collapsed, many trees have fallen taking down cables so lots of power cuts, these normally happen while I'm in the middle of a particularly interesting TV show... Thankfully we have an inverter at "The Mango House" so no such problems there...
Drying anything is a pain though, the air is so damp, oh for air conditioning.....
