You do not say where you are flying to. Normally when you exit the baggage hall you will see reps from the various TOs holding a sign or clipboard.

When we flew to Malaga in May the Cosmos reps were actually in the baggage hall. If you cannot see one then ask one of the other TOs reps and they should be able to tell you where they are.

Once you've collected your bags, head for arrivals and the Cosmos reps will be there to meet you in uniform with clip-boards so you know who they are.
