We prefer the LV Outlets, others prefer the Premium Outlets. The LV Outlets are inside, the Premium outside.

There is a Disney Store at the Premium and better jewellery shops. The LV Outlets now have a Timberland which used to be a draw for us.

yup, not much between them to be honest. Not really much in the way of designer stuff but some decent prices for ordinary gear.

I suggest going to both if you have time. If you need a third outlet centre, there's one at Primm too that you can take a bus out to.

We've not been out there for a couple of years because last time we didn't find much. Outlets can be a bit hit and miss, but in the US, I usually tend to find plenty!

Another good shopping centre is Boulevard Mall which is on Maryland Parkway. You just take the bus east from the side street between Wynn and Palazzo. Think it's Sands Avenue at that point, becomes Twain further over.

I find the shopping really good in Las Vegas, although I have heard people say it's best in Florida.

Is the las Vegas outlet and the Premium outlet the only 2 there are, other than the shops on the strip?

Thanks

If you have a car then you could have a pleasant drive down to Primm - it's on the I15 on the way back to LA. Doesn't take long to get there, I think it was about 30-45mins, I haven't done it for some time now.

Cheers,

When we go in September I'll be looking to spend 4 days with a car doing sightseeing and shopping - there will be 6 of us going.

Thinking of:-

Red Rock Canyon - Red Rock buffet b/fast, drive round park, shopping across from Red Rock Casino.

Outlets near downtown

Boulevard Mall

Hoover Dam

Valley of fire (never been)

South Strip outlets and Town Square if we have time.

Anybody got any other must-do's? We're not going to drive all the way out to Grand Canyon. 2 of the group want to go by plane. Might to Primm or even Laughlin (never been) if we have time.
