The WORST place I have EVER stayed in 10 years of visiting Marmaris for at least 4 weeks a year I have never stayed at such an awful place.
The staff were rude and just inconsiderate
the rooms were never cleaned, after 5 days without clean towels and bed linen we eventually had to complain at the reception an were given clean towels but still never had our floors mopped or bins emptied. we stayed at these apartments for 3 weeks and in 3 weeks I dont think we had clean bedding more than twice, when it is supposed to be changed every 3 days.
The manager tried to charge us for electric because we decided to buy a fan from the shop instead of paying the £60 he asked for air conditioning.
The staff were kicking heavy footballs across the pool which was very small to begin with without any thought for the small babies swimming.
The pool was set with nets at each end but because of how small it was this meant if anyone decided to play pool football noone else was able to swim untill they were through, the baby pool was way too small to keep the kids occupied so they had to just sit and wait untill they were able to get back in the water.
we really love Marmaris and it was a real shame that these apartments and rude staff were the downside to our 3 week stay 14 members of our family had gone on holiday together and on the days we were sat at the pool we only used 5 sunbeds as we were mostly swimming and the staff tried to take the few beds we were sharing as we were not eating or drinking from the bar.
To add to this the food is awful if you are unlucky enough to have already booked these apartments my advice go across the road to Janas as the food in Karakas is so bad.
