Got back at 1.30am this morning. We had a fantastic holiday and would definately return. Anyone due to travel soon ignore the bad reviews. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer. I have also posted a review.
We are trying the HV in Turkey next year and hope that this is just as good. Feels very cold being back in the UK only 51 weeks to wait.

Welcome back all glad you all had a great time but I do feel like your 2 weeks have flown, and promise I did not wish it away. Hope it didnt go as quicki for you peeps.

Glad you all had a great time, can't believe you're all back so quick. The two weeks have flown by. 27 Sleeps till we go.

2 and a half sleeps for us. Up at 4am Monday for our 9.10am flight from Newcastle. Can't wait.

carnt believe you guys are back already hope it didnt go too quick, so many questions but i think ill wait for your reviews, but one thing i must ask, was it really what you expected or something completely opposite, give us an insight the suspense is killing me

Hi all just back this morn had a great time no stomach problems we had plenty of fluid avoided salads, beers (except 2 every evening), ice in drinks and didnt use the room fridge as it is best to drink room temp drinks, stuck to the acidopholus every day from 2 weeks before we went until the last day we were there. Enjoyed the food, the hotel was great the kids had a fab time, I dont think I would return as I had a few little niggles that would stop me from spending my hard earned cash going back to the same place and there are plenty more areas of Egypt we want to explore. I hasten to add that my complaints were nothing to do with the food or the place it was all fab.
As soon as we got there we went to the chemist and bought antinal for £4 sterling (2 boxes) which thankfully we didnt use but was reassuring to have in just in case.

Nice to meet katiesmum and patrickfinn hope you have a great time next year patrickfinn. Any questions feel free.
oh ps nixon4444 it was what I expected and better because I expected a fab hotel that we had all heard about on this site and I expected egypt tummies which we didnt get

Feel better after a night in my own bed....

We went trying to keep an open mind, and am so glad we did.

I am upto my eyes in `work` for the next few days, but will write a review as soon as I get a little more time.

If you are due to go in the next fews days, I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

PS we had a swim-up room in Block 8 and it was wonderful. (managed to upgrade thru the hotel from a select to swim-up at $30 a night).

Have a lovely time, the swim-up rooms are great.

Forgot to mention we were all ok, drank loads of water/soft drinks in the day (Katie drank enough diet pepsi to sink a ship.. wasn`t bothered as long as it was fluid) we ate the salads, the ice cream, didn`t tend to have ice in drinks, kept bottled water in fridge in room.
Hubby got felt a little iffy one day (but then he`s like this at home ) Food was well cooked but we stayed away from the fish! only did the BBQ food once in the buffet and I had a couple of koftas still raw in centre! so we tended to give this a miss. We didn`t drink any alcohol during the day... but many were chomping at the bit for the bar to open at 10am.... the thought of beer at 10am

Glad you all had a great time, cant wait especially now I know we are in block 7, Ramy is the person to contact hes great and cant wait to meet him when we get there.

9 sleeps and counting, Stemma and Jeppo have a great journey and I promise we will not wish your first week away.

hi all, have a great holiday jeppo and stemma and see u there a week later god you must have butterflys the last few days are really dragging but soooooooo excited, hey katies mum and liouse glad you had great time puts minds at ease, just one question how much money do you recommend to take am planning on doing maximum excursions and probably eating out a few times and oh yes shopping(just a few gifts) but not sure on how much is enough???????? hey kazee not long for us gosh carnt wait, what time you arriving there?
