My brother has been missing for 20 years now. No one has heard a word from him. We have tried all of the normal chanels etc, so know exactly what you are going through. My brother David would be 55 next birthday Oct 4th. I hope he is happy somewhere, we think about him daily and we will never forget him .

May I very respectfully say,
I dont know how to say this, and please dont take this the wrong way.
Having seeing Marks picture in the paper.
With Marks dark hair and complection he could pass off as being Turkish.
And hopefully he is O.K and just being a bit silly by intentionaly blending in with some friends somewhere.
I hope I dont offend you by saying this but I know a family,who this did happen to although it wasnt in Turkey, 18 months down the line their son came home as though it was ,no problem!!

I have seen the pictures too in Bodrum and both me and my husband commented that the missing man did look Turkish so he wouldn't stand out among the Turks.

Has anyone thought that maybe your cousin got on a bus and is now in another area in Turkey? It is so easy for this to happen....last year we had a gentleman that was on holiday with his carer in Bodrum and he hopped on a bus and ended up here in Fethiye with no identity he only had on a pair of shorts his t shirt shoes and a carrier bag with his money in....through the help of the Honorary Consulate here we managed to find out who he was and send him home.....would it help to put information out in this area? There is an english paper here called the Land of Lights...it may help to put something in there....anything is worth a try....I do hope and pray you receive some good news about him soon....please let us all know...take care..
