Transfer took about 40 minutes to get to our hotel, Sunny Day Apartments and Hotel, the one next to EFIR.
Sunny Beach was a lovely place and would go back. Had a quality time and the price for food/drink etc is unreal. Very cheap and the people are so friendly.
I noticed many things about Bulgaria, the traffic lights tend to not work late at night
and if your meal came for 42 LV and you gave them 50 LV, you wont see the waiter for the rest of the night, as he has taken your change 
We went on three trips whilst in Sunny Beach. Booked though a activity agendy and booked Off-Road Adventure, Bulgarian Night and hired our our own private boat.
We arrived in our hotel and was welcomed immedietly by staff and the receptionist with glasses of champagne. We got our room key and was told some important info and two staff members carried our luggage up to our room, which was up two flights of stairs. Got into the room and it was lovely. No damage, smelt lovely and very tidy. Two floor apartment with sofa bed, one seated seofa, two single beds, a double bed, two bathrooms, two showers, two toilets and one bath. Air condition was very necessarily as at times it did get very hot at night, whilst sleeping. The Air Con kept our apartment very cool and was switched on most of the time
The next day we relaxed around the swimming pool and met a few other guests, who were all friendly and willing to socialise. Our hotel was mainly used to Irish, Germans, Norwiegans and Russians. I believe there we only about 6 other english people in the hotel
Food in Bulgaria varied everywhere you go because sometimes it was brilliant, other times it came out luke-warm and other times it was complete rubbish. Drinks were very good priced, however they did tend to over charge us sometimes but all you have to do is tell the waiter/waitress what you had and they will happily alter your bill for you.
The only thing that annoyed me about Sunny Beach was the long strip along the beach. Dont get me wrong, its lovely and there are so many bars/restarants etc etc, but every single night you have to constantly dodge your way out of mopheds, horses, taxis, golf carts and men cycling people around in little carts on the street. I think The Castle was my favourite restuarant in Sunny Beach as they had a very good menu and the food was very highly recommended by everyone we had spoken to.
Loved my time in Sunny Beach. Didnt have any problems at all. Staff at hotel were very pleasent and helpful and made sure you have a very enjoyable holiday
