all these places will be open in november -at the weekend.
texas, rockefellas and some others do close down some nights during the week, but then all magically come to life at the weekend.
the picadilly is normally open every day.

Hi

I just read your question ref if the nightlife is busy in lloret in Nov. I'm also 30yr old in November and heading there the 1st weekend in November. There'll be 12 of us from Co Durham. I hope there is some night life I'm sure there will be. We were there in April 08 and it was really busy then. Might see you there?! H

Hi Helen
We're going out on the 7th to the 10th is that the same weekend ? Were staying in the Ancla. I think there will be some nightlife at the weekend as Lloret is a big resort/ town.

Hi Lee

Unfortunately we're in Lloret Sat 1st Nov and leaving on Tuesday 4th. We're staying at the Hotel Sunrise where we were in April. I'll drop you a line when I get back and let you know how it was. All the lasses are dead excited. H

Hi Helen
Just heard back from my friend Ruth that works in Texas and their open as normal on the weekend. Queen Vic will have closed by then but I'm sure theres plenty open especially on the main strip I'm sure a lot of those clubs, bars will be open at the weekend. You'll have to give us a heads up on the weather I'm hoping its gonna be warmer than in York but frankly I dont care either way ! However were staying at the Ancla and from what I can make out has a big indoor pool so that should be good.

if you are staying at the ANCLA, you will find the robin hood, straight down the road towards the beach, will be open until about 3am every night.it's usually a very lively pub after about 11pm.
it is also a good place to go if you want to watch any football.
don't know where i'm staying that weekend, but i'll be the handsome old git sat just inside the door drinking my vodka and diet coke most nights.
re the weather, have a look here where you will get a 15 day forecast

lee,
i've just sorted out my accomodation and am also in the Ancla.
i am there from 6th to 11th flying from bournemouth this time, so i can get a decent flight home.
as i said before, i normally end up in the robin hood -i think i'm part of the furniture there.
i normally use the highwayman and the picadilly in town, but i think the highwayman will be closed this time :(
i,m sure we will bang into each other over the weekend.

Hi Jim
Sounds good I'm sure we will bump into one another as we'll be the big group probably acting daft so I do apologise in advance !
Not sure where the highway man is ? I usually have a few drinks in Piccadilly's or Seven Seas if im in town during the day but not sure if Seven Seas will be open this late in the year. I remember going to the White Horse I think its called on the main road near the hotel but not sure if that will be open at this time of year.
I think we'll end up in Texas most nights and maybe try one of the night clubs if they still open in November.

Hi Had a great weekend apart from been full of cold so I only managed one proper night out which was the friday. As expected most places were shut but a couple of good bars were open, complete contrast to what I'm used to there.

The weather was good though and warm enough to wear shorts during the day in fact one of our group even went for a swim in the sea but i'm afraid that wasnt for me.

The hotel was really nice, the rooms were more than adequate for what we paid and the spa was great.

The Hotel staff were possibly a bit rude although judging from the attitude and state of just some of the people that were there at the weekend I can see why there miserable if they have to deal with these idiots on mass through the summer too.

I have been all inclusive a few times and can not get my head saround those that just sit in the hotel all day and do nothing but drink. In fact when we met up at 8 there was one guy well into his 40's been led back to the lift by his mate that was until he fell over. I remember my first pint but im not sure that this guy hadnt drunk before, but i guess if he was safely tucked up in bed one less idiot to worry about !

Jim sorry never saw you there, although some of the group made it down to the robin hood on sunday night, I walked past it and that was enough for me. Having stayed at the royal beach and seeing the AI's staggering over when the bar closes I always feel town is the better/safer option.

hi lee,
and there was me thinking that all the drunks i saw round the hotel were your lot :duh
:D :D
seriously though, there were some at the hotel who did not seem to do any more than drink all day sat out by the pool. i suppose that they are the ones just doing the ciggie run that used to fill up the casino and alexis.
i did not spend that much time in the hotel to be honest, as i had other things to do, but the meals i had were ok.i will do a review tonight , hopefully, while i'm at work.
i was in the picadilly on sunday night and the trade in there was a bit rough. i can honestly say that in all my time in the robin hood i've only ever seen a couple of incidents, and nothing different from my local town centre on a friday night.
still, only 3 weeks and 6 days till i'm back.
