Hi Nikki...at first I thought you were just pulling my leg..then I realized that I think you are being serious about the extra cost of the toliet paper...I cannot believe that a hotel would do this..... even only give you one roll at the beginning of your holidays and then make you buy more...highway robbery in my opinion.....and it is a bummer

I would never stay at a hotel that did not provide toliet paper, fresh towels in the room every 2 days, aircon, house cleaning etc....all included in the price..

The toliet paper issue has happened to me on many many ocassions also, Just ask at reception of the Hotel and most times you get one from the staff right away, At worst they inform the cleaner and it will arrive that same day, Also I might add the vast majority of Hotels also have toliet facilities near the reception.
In regards to 19 Lira 5 course meals can someone be kind enough to tell me where to get one of these in the United kingdom 19.00 TRY = 8.85054 GBP at todays rates, Until someone posts one of these I will continue to say Turkey is far cheaper than the Uk, Go on someone prove me wrong.

with regard to the high prices this year, im wondering if maybe we should go on a few of the all-inclusive boat trips in october... if they are charging £10-£12, and you get your lunch and all your drinks thrown in, surely it will be cheaper to do this, then go back to the accomodation for sarnies and fruit etc in the evening.... sounds as if it will be cheaper than spending the day at the beach/pool, having to pay for the drinks all day, plus lunch!
