The only trouble is Gramps you will likely have to return to the airport the next day to collect your passport and visa :rofl :rofl :rofl

That would not suprise me.

I wonder what they are going to do about long stay visa's, we are sick of having to go out of the country ever six month, even though we live here all year round. :que

Well I would most definitely welcome this idea, if Cambodia , Laos and Egypt can pull this off with no hassle then why not India :que

I really can't see this happening. The tourist department in India has been asking for this for years, but the idea is always shot down by the security people in Delhi. Given the current security scenario in India, that argument (that there needs to be a strict control on who enters the country) gains strength. Also, every time i have seen a list of the 16 countries which are proposed to receive a visa on arrival, the UK has not featured in this list.

OMG! Can you imagine having to spend even more time in Dabolim airport! 9 hours on a plane to get your passprt checked six times AND having to get your visa there?! No thanks!!
I quite like the excitment of waiting for your visa to arrive-is that just me being strange?

Hi All
With all the info they need who is going to have
all the addresses and postcodes that we need when we are on holiday
Plus if like us you have a couple of sherbets on the plane :cheers :cheers how will we be able to fill the form in
It is hard enough to fill the one in that we do get on the plane
And what happens if they refuse you entry or ask for backhanders do they pay your flight back.
I think it is better to have the visa sorted before setting of
then we can relax and have a great holiday.
