Hello all.
Could any one recommend a good book to look out for this area of Turkey? We're off at the start of October (despite XL's best efforts). We normally like the Sunflower series of books as they are both good touring books and have great walks but I don't think there is one for this area although I'm happy to be proved wrong!
Thanks for any help.
I have the Perge, Aspendos & Side guide book, written by the archaeologist Kayhan DÖRTLǕK, published by Keskin Color Kartpostalcilik (in English). ISBN 975-7559-61-X. As might be suspected, it does concentrate on the archaeology of the region if that is what you require.
Alternatively, the Rough Guide to Turkey is very helpful.
