Don't forget you can catch up on BBC iplayer with Charlie Boormans "Ireland to Sydney by any means"
Although he didn't visit Goa, there were plenty of mad taxi drivers, tuc tucs and trucks. Charlie even bought a tuc tuc and got it shipped back to the UK. I would have loved to see him trying to drive it in Calangute, instead of a quiet border town on Indian/ Nepal border . Episode 3 and 4 is in India.

Gives a good insight into Indian Train Journeys, something you would never get if you went on the "Palace on wheels"

I thought the one he did in China was awful. He always looked like he hated the place and didnt want to be there and i be surprised if he acts any different in the Indian one.
Bring back Michael Palin .

In India, he referred to the place as one of beauty and amazement and spoke of how he found it hard to understand the way of life that is so different from the West.
