Quite a lot of boats stop just off Cabopino nudist beach, just past Marbella if you are in PB. They all seem to carry high powered binoculars too, presumably they are bird-watchers.
Well thanks for the input?? I'm off on Friday and apparently the weather is set fine at around 25 degres and sunny so well away from all the bad weather and doom and gloom about he economy!! At least for 4 days we'll live the dream!
One noticeable thing since my last visit, many of the restaurants are doing a menu at 17.50 euros with plenty of choice, it appears that the credit crunch has even affected this up market area. Everyone is talking about the crunch even there, our boat capatin, an english ex-pat said that in his and many others opinions, much of PB and Marbella is up front and superficial whilst in the background there is mountains of debt.
Well, we lived the dream for a day at least and a dream it may remain. It's all well and good saying you would buy a boat with a lottery win however just to moor a boat there is a fortune. On pier 0 where the largest are moored its £250,000 per annum just to rent a mooring!!!!

It's been like that for years, credit crunch or no credit crunch.....
All half pint millionaire's... or tin pot millionaire's, all up to their eyeballs in debt and each one trying to out do the other.
TBH, I find the whole scene nauseating, especially when some jumped up little runt comes off the boat and talks down to the Spanish waiters as though they're a piece of
Sanjiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
