I laughed and laughed and laughed, my ribs were aching this morning, my hubby always says I have a toilet sense of humour, the sight of him eating his food with
you know what stuck right in front of his face. was the biggest laugh. I loved it.

Get another bottle of wine ready Chilly!
Hope you caught it Chilly. Good again tonight, maybe not quite as funny as the first one but funny none the less. Has anyone come across any lady boys in Goa (we have seen a few in Mapusa Mkt). I understood how Paul felt, that lady (boy) was rather intimidating but when you heard what she had to say, you could understand why. Good luck to them IMO. He has certainly seen another side of India, but he looks like he is handling it okay
Yes fizzy2 we saw several of them in Margoa in january, one gave us a really filthy look as we walked by them,
he was really ugly and my husband said thats got to be the ugliest women i have ever seen,
i had to tell him there was no way that was a women, when we got back to the hotel i ask one of the reception staff and she told me all abou them. I have to say some of them did make very nice looking women.

yes Miccie enjoyed it again, not as funny as you say but still great viewing, and we have seen those Eunich lady boys in our shack walking along the beach shack to shack demanding money and they always give to them...the Goans are very superstitious and seem to believe in all this spell stuff dont they.... i found them rather scary too to be honest but i think some of it was rubbing off on me from the shack boys as they were telling me not to look at them and draw their attention
I couldnt take my eyes off them as they were so obviously men unlike many of the ladyboys in Thailand who are quite stunning!!

Thought it was great last night, not as good as the first but still funny,We also saw the Eunuchs
in Candolim several times last year going from Shack to shack collecting there money and was surprised that the shack owners were paying up.As you said chilly they are very superstitious.
Have also seen them on the trains a couple of times, making there way from carrage to carrage
demanding money with a clap of there hands, and neally all the locals seem to pay.

Apparently they are used at the birth of babies to take the evil spirit from them as they are born. Any Hermaphrodite in India is claimed by them as their own and they take them away from the parents and bring them up as one of their own
I have never seen any on the beach. When we saw them in Mapusa Mkt I had already noticed 2 ladies walk past and I said to my hubby "were they lady boys"?...he looked around and said "No", then 2 other ladies walked past and he said "But THEY are"...it was quite amusing at the time.
A friend of mine got caught out by a lady boy in this country many years back. He went clubbing with some male mates and got dancing with this "lady".......everyone else knew but him......and we have all never let him forget
Anyhow, I don't mind seeing lady boys, it seems to be part of the culture over there and as Chilly and green.eyed.lady both said some are very attractive.

They often come to the shack we use and tell the fortunes of the owners and the staff by reading pebbles! I am almost tempted to have a reading done
I completely missed it last night, really annoyed with myself. Does anyone know if the whole series is to be repeated Mondays at 10.00pm or was it just the first one?
I think its the whole series being repeated
Quick reminder everyone! 9pm tonight!
