I had my one and only holiday from hell with them 
We booked with them this year (Majorca) and everything was fine. No problems at all.
thanks all i have found mixed reviews on them so feel a bit better now.as long as i end up somewhere away in the sun i dont mind.its the risk you take booking diy you live and learn fingers crossed lol 
I've used them and various other consolidators in the past with no problems However, after reading horror stories from some who've booked through many of them, I e-mail or telephone the hotel I'm booked into a couple of weeks before my arrival date.
I've booked with them a couple of times & never had a problem.
i live quite close to their premises, which are substantial, also checked their credit rating which is very good coupled with the fact that they have just become ABTA and ATOL bonded so i think you are as safe as one can be in these difficult times.
