I spotted Rokerender last year at the Chic-n-Fish in Calangute. I know he is not famous but any sighting of a Sunderland fan is a very rare event. You can always spot them they are usually boring everyone with stories of winning the FA cup back in the 70s or how they last beat Newcastle United.

We also met curly from corrie we sat next to him and his missis at the airport..Heard he was over in Goa to buy up property but they turned him down for some reason or other and he was'nt very best pleased.

I absolutely love John Robb. Originally from Blackpool he was raised up and was in with all the punk bands from 1976 until now. He has his own band called GOLDBLADE which tours around the punk festivals and punk bands who are now retouring ie Misfits etc.
He is so intellectuall for an Old punk its great. You can see him on some of the BBC 2 and Sky programmes that go back to 70's and 80's. I would have loved to seen him in Goa. Especially as about that year we saw him at the Morecambe punk fest.
I love all Northern Artistic Intellecutuals.
