We are going to Goa on the 3rd of Jan ( our 6th time ) and have been invited a wedding. The waiter in our local Indian restaurant back here in England is Goan and is getting married.
We kind of took it for granted that the wedding would be in Goa, and more than likely Panjim, as he is always talking about his family in Panaji. Anyway, he gave us the invite today and it is in Moti Daman, I have looked it up and this appears to be just North of Mumbai.
Has anyone been there ? Or does anyone know of anywhere in Goa also called Moti Daman, although we have never heard of it in Goa.

This could be the place, very similar to Goa in that I think it was Portuguese occupied at the same time, bit of a mare to get to by the looks of it
