Hello new to this forum.
We have owned a timeshare here for 15 years+ havent been for three years. Anyone been there lately? any info would be very greatful.

When we went there 3 years ago we had enormous problems with the attitude of staff and the accomodation (way to much to go into detail).
I would like some feedback on the way holiday makers and timeshare owners have been treated in the past few years.
To cut a long story short everything was against us. It was as if they were trying to pee us off and get us to sell or give our timeshare up. Meanwhile we avoid the place and holiday elsewhere on the Island but [b]are thinking of returning to Castillo beach soon.
