It depends where in the south you are going,as i know a few boats that take people fishing.

Hi Gordonsandy, to be honest I would be cautious before parting with any money. I would check out the boat & tackle they are using because to be honest anyone will agree to take you (its not the same as booking a trip in most other countries) I arranged to go fishing when in Cavessolim and when we turned up to go I asked for the money back. To be totally honest I have thrown better tackle than they had in the bin.(rusty hooks, line that was that old it was brittle and knotted, rods with eyes missing) dont get me wrong I am sure there must be some decent guys out there but I think you need to be recommended one by someone (preferably another angler)....Keith
