With the demise of Kosmar this year I wondered if anyone could recommend another holiday company that does similar kinds of holidays i.e studios and aprtments, not too expensive, choice of resorts but not the really busy, noisy ones.
My parents have travelled with Kosmar for quite a few years now and now they are wanting to book something for next year but aren't quite sure where to look.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Try Thomas Cook, some people dont like them but we have used them for over 10 years and never had a problem with them
I've travelled and stayed in apartments in the Greek Islands islands on a number of occasions with Manos (specialist in Greek holidays). I've stayed in some good standard apartments in non-rowdy (for the want of a better term!) areas, and I haven't been disappointed. I believe that Thomas Cook have bought out Manos, but as far as I know, Manos brochures are still around, and include the sort of areas/apartments they have always done. Whether this will change, I don't know.
Olympic are also worth a look. I've travelled with them a few times to Greece and Cyprus and never had any problems. They usually have a good choice of self caatering properties in many different resorts.
