Qurban Bayram in Turkey

happy bayram !
The Festival began on the afternoon of Sunday 7th December, 70 days after Ramazan, and will run through until Thursday 11th December.
As far as I am aware the festival begins today. My husband and his family have all been phoning each other up to wish each other iyi bayramlar today anyway !
