I normally take cash with me and use the hotel safe. Can anyone recall if the safes in these apartments are robust and well anchored to the wall (I've read about some occasions when safes are smashed open).
Any other info on these apartments would also be welcomed. I normally go to Fuerteventura and stay in Corralejo and I have never had any bad experiences there.
For those apartments without safes, a rental facility is available through the on-site Atlantic Horizons agency.

Does anyone know the e-mail address of these apartments. Stayed there a few years ago and have just booked to go there early may, want to request a pool view room. Also, I have heard that there is building work going on next to the apartments ? Is this true ?
apartments are sister complex of tenerife sur, but theres not much mention of christian sur apartments on the review pages.
thanks.
Hiya, I am about to book a private apartment in either the Tenerife Sur or the Christian Sur - which one though? We are a family of four and our two boys will be 10 and 7 - we will be going for the last two weeks of August. From the reviews it seems that the Christian Sur is the better of the two, however when booking a package deal to the Christian Sur people get allocated the Tenerife Sur because the CS is mainly privately owned apartments. Mainly, it is important that our boys make friends - can anyone help me?
In Aug there will be lots of kids in both complexes so i dont think you will have a problem. Also if your staying in Cristian Sur they will prob tell you that you can use the other 1 as well and vice versa. So by day you go to the 1 you like best.
hi i would say christan sur seem bigger apartments than tenerife sur and its a nice complex not stayed there as we stay in victoria court 1 which are just down the road from chritian sur and i think is a nicer complex
Nice place to stay - silly thing, but the only problem we had and would advice others to be wary of - if you need to toilet (if you are in the cafe or by the pool) you need to ask for the key - which is a little bit of a pain. But be careful as when you unlock the metal gate at the top of the stairs down to the toilets, it will close behind you ... and lock! So take the key down with you, otherwise you won't get out! The same with the luggage room - the doors close behind you and automatically lock. Four of us were locked in there for a few mins! We left the key in the lock as we opened the doors and struggled our cases into the room - the doors close themselves and lock! Luckily one of our party was waiting outside and was able to unlock the door!
Nice apartments, nice location (very slight hill back from town, but nothing too bad). Would recommend them, no problems.
