Never been to Egypt before, can anyone please advise what type of clothing we will need for day and night. Will we need cardigans, jumpers etc, or will short sleeve shirts and shorts be adequate.
Also, can anyone reccomend an excursion, as we are only there for one week but want to make the most of it

Weather wise during the day it should be nice mid 70's - 80 with 7-8 hours of sunshine, so shorts and short sleeve shirts will be OK, evening and nightime temperatures will be cooler and long trouser and cardigan/jumper probably required.
