Hi all, we're arriving in Goa 26th Feb to 15 March. I understand there is a festival called the Shigmo in Panjim held around Feb/March time which is quite a spectacle!!! Can any of you knowledgable guys and gals advise the exact dates of this for 2009 and whether anyone has had the opportunity to see this previously and can comment.
