It all depends what you like and how much you would be willing to spend. Here are a few we have really enjoyed, that our family over there have introduced us to over the years. Hope you manage to go to at least one of them and enjoy!!!!! 200 Fifth bar and Grill is American and italian, the Bar gets really busy at weekends, obviously its 200 5th Street near Unon St. Amazing 66 is 66 Mott St in chinatown is a really good chinese. the Black Pearl is at 833 Union Street thats a pizza place. When my daughter was over there last Easter she went to Hell's Kitchen and said there were plenty of really good places down there. Have a great time.

Hi We've been to New York twice. We went to a range of restaurants and I found the DK Eyewitness Guide New York great. You can pick this up on Amazon or Ebay fro around £5-£7.

We ate both times at:

Da Nico, Little Italy - fantastic italian restaurant
BB Kings, Times Square - blues club, steaks and grills, etc.

Both were quite pricey, around £40 for 2 people. We had 2 courses and 1 drink each, but well worth it.
