Are Direct Holidays asking for a copy of your bank statement before they can issue you with a refund of your deposit (or have I got that totally wrong?)? That can't be right.

Its because i said they have taken more then they said so i have to go threw my bank statements to make sure.
Thank goodness I only paid a low deposit and that I didnt pay the full balance sooner Id hate to think of what would have happened then!

I emailed them previously to ask if this hotel had wifi access and again that email was ignored, it doesn't surprise me really as when I went in November to Benidorm I popped into the FO as I am stopping here in May to ask them a question and the long blode haired one seemed 'put out' that I has desturbed her even though she was doing apsolutly nothing.
Is this hotel 'exclusive' to Thomsons now from May as my parents want to come the day after us and surprise my 2 little daughters by just turning up when they don't expect it.

For the 2wks, they've just come back from 6wks in Benidorm now, they stopped at the Calypso and the Nereo, they stayed at the Calypso until the work had been completed on the nereo.
well I hope they manage to get there with you all, thats a really nice thought about them going along to suprise your 2 little girls Dave.

For anyone wondering about the skyline pool/bar at the FO,I got a reply from the hotels owners MED PLAYA.I was told that they are building a similar skyline bar for adults only as well as the private one for the suites.I am trying to work out how they are going to do this.I have asked them to clarify this for me.I will post a message when I get a reply.If they are going to do this I hope it is finished by the 16th of May when we arrive.

Like I said, when we booked the time before last for the F/O, we went with Jet 2 holidays, and the single room was ready, and on the same floor as ours.

At least by going higher Volvo you got more information although I can't see where they can do another rooftop pool as the original one covers the whole rooftop.

I have been a member for sometime but cant understand why it says 1970???.I havnt had another reply yet from hotel about skyline bar.
Anyone no what beds they are in the rooms? Is it just 1 big room with a bathroom? Are they single beds or double? We're in the room that fits 5 people.

stacyx the 5 bed rooms are at the side of the hotel and over look the mountain they consist of a double bed a single bed and 2 sofa beds.
