Hi all
I thought I could withold the urge to return again this year but I've caught the big again lol
I am travelling alone so have pretty much ruled out a package deal as they will add a supplement I suppose ? (unless anyone knows of a good deal)
I have seen a fairly good flight from Manc 30 March and am just stuck on accomodation. I usually stay at Lucia Guesthouse, which I have no complaints about and I love them both but its a bit further down the Candolim road than I want to stay on my own and without a pool.
Anyone with suggestions / email addresses etc for accomodation around the Whispering Palms / Mai Thai side of Candolim, cheap as poss with a pool (doesnt matter how small) - Any suggestions appreciated

Coming from Whispering Palms hotel to the top of the main road, turn left and it is at the other side of the road.
Had a look at one of the rooms for back up purposes a couple of years ago, and know people who have stayed there - no bad reports.
You seem to know the area, so see if you can get in touch with this place, Coming from Whispering Palms hotel to the top of the main road, turn left and it is at the other side of the road.

Thanks for the link - a friend has told me this place is nice but as I am staying in April I'd prefer a pool .... but a good option if I'm stuck as price is v good - Cheers
We stayed at Greenpeace last year the room we had was very good and cleaned every day and it has a pool, it is near to whispering Palms on the opposite side of the road.
If you have eaten at Tonys Place Candolim, Anthony and Sebby deal with the bookings it was about £14 per Night but I am sure you could get a better price as they have smaller rooms as well. I have their phone numbers somewhere if you are interested. Allan.
Thanks Fiona i tried and failed allan
no problem
Thanks both - am in a right quandry now lol - looks fab and in perfect place and great price, but I have kinda settled on Magnum now ... or have I
Be careful where you are staying as you'll be alone. The magnum is fine and on the main road.
