Merged with existing topic, as it's probably best that we keep all discussion in one place.
Unbelievable, I have been a big fan of theirs but could never have confidence in them again after their treatment of customers over christmas and not being upfront about their difficulties.
To be fair to them, I think their hands may have been tied with instructions from their administrators. At least they fixed the website not to accept any more bookings well before the official announcement.
Would you use them again Lucy? It's a funny old game Bankruptcy it is the people that they have not been fair to, that I am concerned about. I can not reconcile being fair to them. sorry,
I applied to my credit card company for a refund as I had paid a deposit to WSH for a hotel in June. I got a rerund inside 10 working days, so thanks to First Trust Visa

Anyone know?
It says " A Division of Bespoke Destinations Ltd"
but no such company exists so using its name is against the law from what I understand!
Interesting .......
Rather than jump to conclusions, I'm prepared to wait and listen to Mr. Clifford's side of the story. I always found him to be an honourable guy to deal with in the past and I'm happy to listen to his version of things before making my mind up.
Has a anyone heard from the directors directly since the liquidation? Sagres? You write as if you know them well.
It would be interesting to know the future plans.
No, I've heard nothing, nor would I expect to whilst liquidation discussions are underway. I don't know them personally but have had direct dealings with Mr. Clifford in sorting out a minor problem previously and, based on that experience, am still happy to listen to and consider his side of the story. For this reason I have registered my e-mail address on WSH's revised web site.
I am pleased to say I have got my refund from my credit card company, but I would not trust WSH again either.
My first post. i am pleased that some people got there money back but my deposit was £78. not covered by Visa, I did pay visa debit so have sent off claim form to administrator but do not expect to get anything back.
The point of this post is I was under the impresion that ALL money paid was held by lloyds and could not be touched now I find only the balance is covered appears I have lost my deposit. WHO would trust WSH again not me.
I have dealt with them in the past and been pleased but never again.
It would be nice to have a full explanation from the administrators?
I've just found this in Googles cache of their terms page ...

I am pleased that i am not the only one upset by the way we have been treated. i did send a E Mail to the administrator asking has the fraud taken place, ie money removed from the holding account. I have yet to get a reply. I can find no mention that the balance is covered but the deposit is not.
As my amount was under a £100 I could not claim from a credit card in any case. I booked with WSH as the guarntee they said they had for my money appeared to stand up, it now appears that I was wrong.
Hi all
bespoke destinations ltd was registered on 2nd september 2008, previously was an "off the shelf company " called rolco 306 ltd. it is registered in Hull and the directors are listed as a secretariat. make what you will from that.
Changed it's name to "Bespoke Destinations Limited" on 2nd Feb 2009. That's why I couldn't find it two days ago.
