Weather will be a lot warmer than UK.You would be very unlucky to have any prolonged rain.Most bars will be open.24 hr sq will be same as UK, busy on weekend.
There are at least 8 bars on, or just off Ave Teleponica hill,outside H/Bali.The Pickwick run by friends Brian and Ann,and the Albatros run by friends Alan and Jim. Two good bars to start the night.
There is a Indian resturant on the hill if you feel peckish after a night out.Also I can recommend if you walk up the hill,the Chinese on Ave Bonanza where you will find more bars.
Up that direction you have the Elefanti bar where they have live acts.

We were next door in La Carrihuela in March last year, and the weather was lovely. We were able to sunbathe every day, bar one. We did need a light jacket some evenings. The weather at this time of year is a bit hit & miss though. Most things were open.

Sorry Sue in all my years cant say I have ever been in there.Will be out there mid Feb can find out then.

Sue sad to say Miguel died of Cancer about 2yrs ago, Maureen ran the bar for a few months then sold up, its now run by 2 British guys & called something Bistro, we were in there 3wks ago, the outside has a full awning now, and calor gas heater was on, we dont smoke so always sit outside, very cool evening only us 2 out there..one of the owner's came out and moved the heater right by our table..nice guy..prices not much higher then when Mig had it...Dont know if Maureen is still in Benal or not?..

Can recommend the Nahar or Noor Mahal restuarants just at the bottom of hill from Bali...food & service is excellant..

Thanks for replying to my query,I have only just seen this as I returned yesterday from Benidorm.
I was sorry to hear about Miguel, we were to have gone to Benalmadena last May but had to cancel as I was ill.
We used to love going to this bar and found them a very pleasant couple, and there were lots of people to chat to.

Sue still lots of Brits going in there, and everyone seems to chat to each other, so that part as not changed, but somehow the atmosphere just wasn't the same..do you remember Ron who used to run the Cabin before Mig ??

Yes we did meet Ron and his wife on just one holiday, but didnt really know him.I do remember the prices were very cheap.
