Going to Acharavi Aug 14th for 2 weeks. Staying at Nireas apartments. Anyone been here, know what the apartments are like? Want to go on boat trips, read about Castaway Travel. Think it will be an expensive holiday with the state the economys in but who cares? Just have to tighten our belts a bit. Any info on this area, trips etc welcome.
Cheers
Wendy
hi have you taken a look at the
Acharavi is a lovely place to go. We have been for the past few years and are going again in July. The Nireus is a nice complex , just a couple of minutes walk to both the beach and the shops. We have been to a couple of greek nights there. The couple that run the bar Suz & Mac are very friendy and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great time.
We always book our trips through Castaway. Sue, the lady that runs it is very helpful.
If you want any more specific info just yell
There are plenty of restaurants to get a nice meal. Tons of shops that sell everything.
Hi Wendy - you may not have to tighten your belt too much as the euro is expected to devalue before August. You might get more for your money than you thought. There are some great boat trips from Roda with Captain George's Dreamer Cruises and it's just a short walk along the beach. You can book with Helen outside the Roda Inn or find them on the Roda online web site.
