Can't comment on Windsor Hills, but we are going back for a second visit to a condo in Windsor Palms in a fortnights time.

Nice gated complex, communal pool, small cinema.

We found it suited us fine.

If it is cheaper then why pay more.

Windsor Hills is newer and I think may have a restaurant on site (someone I'm sure could confirm.) I have stayed in Windsor Palms and as the previous poster also said it is a very good complex, so much so that I am also returning this year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Palms. I always believed they were sister complexes but recently discovered their only connection is that they were built by the same developer.
