The 1st paragraph on the page gives info for the Express service Athens international to The Port of Piraeus page states service is 24hrs a day and cost is €3.20. Timetable there as well.

I don't personally recommend any of the following but, Athens info guide has several Hotels listed for Piraeus on their site. I've linked to 2 star below but they go up to 5 star...
Athens Info Guide pages are also updated so you know the information is fairly current 2009..

I've been on Greece for Visitors site and forum many years and they are generally very helpful. A little slow sometimes to answer questions as normally people who ask there require specific first hand replies. But it is a valuable mine of information for all things Greek.. Spelling on Piraeus i think is hampering any searches there as it doesn't return any answers but, i know there are quite a few Piraeus subjects on the boards.

The reason i often link to google maps is that it has reviews If you find a hotel and want reviews / recommendations use this link and in the pop box "Search Nearby" for the Hotel and look over the reviews.
