I have done a great deal of research on the internet and narrowed down my choice for this summer's holiday to one of these 3 sites.
Las Dunas and Cypsela look to be large and lively. This is good for my teenage children but cleanliness and security are also important to us. There does not seem to be much information around concerning Ballena Alegre.
Las Dunas and Ballena Alegre are both next to the beach and on the Bay Of Roses whereas Cypsela is slightly further south.
We went to Playa Bara the year before last and found it to be the perfect compromise between lively and clean/secure. But Tarragona area was not that interesting.
What would anyone advise?
Thanks
Chris
We were at Cypsela in May/June. The campsite is just outside Pals - a lovely old town. The campsite is beautiful, luxurious, with lots of facilites but there is a birdscarer which makes a loud bombing sound all through the night. Also, they don't turn the large, flourescent lights down/out at night so if you are in a tent - take ear-plugs and eye mask! Beautiful coutryside around and about and if it wasn't for the birdscarer and light we'd definately go again!
