I have been to Tenerife about six times but this time will be the first time my husband and I will be on our own. The problem I have is that he is disabled and so I am looking for a suitable apartment. We usually stay at the Mar y Sol but as this is at the top of the hill and my daughter will not be there to push hubby up the bank I am looking for a place on the 'flat'. I have been looking at the San Marino hotel and while it is on a bit of a bank i am sure i will cope. My question is has anyone stayed at this hotel and would you recommend it for someone in a wheelchair. Is the area around the hotel easy to get around. And better still does anyone know of anybody who has a wheelchair friendly apartment to rent from.
