if so, it is still open.

I've searched all over google maps and where i think the bar was/is i cant get a 360 view of it

Found it! or at least whehre it was, google maps is updated now and after searching found it's location is now a Kebab shop next door to Buzzbys in Fenals, It was also called The Duke of Wellington but in 96 was El Duke
