Can any only tell me if they have finished building behind the MD? Is it a hotel and what it is called?
We stayed at the MD 2 years ago and are thinking about going back to Goa again this year. However, with holiday prices increasing - we are not sure whether to look for another hotel. If you have previously stayed at the MD but have recently changed. Where have you changed to and Why?

If you mean behind the annexe block, its Acron apartments. The building is still in progress although nearly completed.
We use to use the M.D but now go D.I.Y not to save money but to get better value, better accommodation, better flights, and a couple of extra days 23 instead of 21.

They have also built some really nice villas (5*) at the back of the very far end of the M/D. You can get to them if you walk along the path that runs alongside the river (the other side of the M/D fence.) We walked around and had a look at them and were shown around one, and they really are top of the range........Keith
