Thanks for the information we booked to go to this hotel for easter last july it stated in the brouchre deluxe4 and when we got their i asked the holiday rep where is our deluxe4 room and she said it was false discription but it was to late as we where already there and had nowhere for my daughter to sleep so i complained and thompson where not bothered they made me pay 400pounds to move to another hotel which they said the rooms would sleep 3 adults and when we got their they where for 2 adults we asked to move to a bigger room called a lost room but they where full later into the holiday i noticed their were interconnecting rooms and the hotel offered us one off them but we only has 2days left before we went home, but my question is why didnt thompson offedr us these rooms to begin with i will never trust thomsoms again, te thing that makes it worse it that we where founder members not long ago and have never been treated like a this before has anyone has the same problem with the dreams punta cana can you let me know if you have
