Hi all, i was wondering if someone in the know could help me out. Apparently down beach front the bars aren't being allowed to open until they pay their tax etc. Apparently only Bar X and another bar is opened so far and the rest are still closed until they pay up??????????? Anyone know anything about this?

I know there are lots of rumours about the beachfront etc at the moment.
