its just that our holiday is in costa caleta but would like to stay in corralejo for 1 night too as friends are staying there and it would only cost me £15 for the night for 5 of us??

I don't see why not. Your hotel in Caleta is hardly likely to keep tabs on who comes "home" each night. As long as you are at your hotel in Caleta for your check-in and check-out dates then it's entirely up to you what you do in between.
